Waves roll in from distant storm origins. They line up as the seabed grows shallow, tumbling upon themselves in a poetic concert of dissipating energy.

I like to capture adjacent moments in a single frame, to hold the fragments of what I see and experience for longer.

I witness familiar places differently whenever I open the lens and the result is a picture that compresses my observations. By hand-holding the camera during this extended period my intention is include my personal movement and emotional connection to the scene.
